Délais de fabrication et de livraison
Chaque commande est traitée avec le plus grand soin, avec un délai de fabrication et de livraison ne dépassant pas 3 semaines, hors période de fête (Noël...) dont le délai s'étend à une semaine de plus minimum.

Un certificat d'authenticité est livré pour chaque figurine réalisée par l'atelier il était une fois.
Le certificat d'authenticité est conçu sur mesure sur une carte métallique noire, gravée au laser infrarouge.
